Support at Home is funding provided by the Australian Government that supports older Australians to live safely and independently in their own home.

 

The program is designed to support you with daily activities you may need assistance with, such as cleaning, showering, or attending appointments.

 

All Support at Home fundings recipients need an approved Support at Home funding provider to administer the Government subsidy.

 

Doxa Prime is working with Trilogy Care, an approved Support at Home funding provider.

 

Trilogy Care can administer your funding while you have the flexibility to work with us. Trilogy Care’s model empowers you to have the flexibility to choose your service providers and gain more control over how your Support at Home budget is spent. This means you can continue to work with Doxa Prime and have Doxa Prime services funded under your Support at Home funding – subject to your care plan and budget limits. Working with Doxa Prime and Trilogy Care means you will spend less on Support at Home management fees so you can spend more of your Support at Home funding on the things that matter – care and services to help you stay at home longer.
